Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Loviva. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

All items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not returnable.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service at gagnonbuck0172@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Await our approval and follow the return instructions provided.
3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Rules:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items caused by Loviva.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement and cover related shipping fees.

Exchanges:
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

This policy complies with North Carolina consumer protection laws.
